Cylinder Boring and Honing

Cylinder over-bores are commonly needed when deep servicing a high mileage BMW motorcycle. Air Support BMW will precision bore and hone your cylinders to the correct clearances.

Unless you supply your own parts, we can source new high quality pistons and will check the piston ring end gaps before final installation.

All boring and honing is done in house to BMW specifications using TORQUE PLATES and professional SUNNEN equipment.

$150 CDN per cylinder plus the cost of the pistons (too many options to list)
